Physiological resilience requires a stress-response trajectory, not only a resting measure

The NIA workshop describes physiological resilience through a trajectory that includes the prestressor baseline, magnitude of perturbation or resistance, time course of recovery, and post-recovery stabilization. These components can provide more information than one resting or summary score.
